US DOC's preliminary decision on AD review on SS flanges from India

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of an antidumping administrative review on certain forged stainless steel flanges imported from India. On March 23, 2005, the DOC initiated an antidumping administrative review for certain forged stainless steel flanges imported from India. The period of review was February 1, 2004, through January 31, 2005. The DOC preliminarily determined that Echjay did not sell subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) in the US during the period of review. In addition, the DOC preliminarily determined to apply an adverse facts available rate to Paramount's sale. The following weighted-average dumping margins exist for the period February 1, 2004, through January 31, 2005:
