US DOC to continue AD orders on certain pipes from Taiwan
On July 5, 2005, both the US Department of Commerce (DOC) and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) initiated sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on certain circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan, and circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Taiwan. As a result of the determinations by the DOC and the ITC that the revocation of the antidumping duty orders on certain circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan, and circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the US, the DOC published notice of continuation of these antidumping duty orders.
