US DOC to continue AD order on tubes from Taiwan

On July 1, 2005, both the US Department of Commerce (DOC) and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty order on light-walled welded rectangular carbon steel tubing from Taiwan. As a result of the determinations by the DOC and the ITC that the revocation of the antidumping duty order on light-walled welded rectangular carbon steel tubing from Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the US, the DOC today published notice of continuation of this antidumping duty order.
