US DOC revokes CVD review on Chinese seamless pipe

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced that it has rescinded the administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from China. The period of review was the calendar year 2010.

The review was requested by US Steel Corporation, but US Steel subsequently withdrew its request. On March 29, 2012, and amended on April 3, 2012, United States Steel Corporation withdrew its request for an administrative review of the 32 companies.
