The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced today that it is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy for the period February 1, 2015, through January 31, 2016.

On February 29, 2016, the DOC received a timely request for an administrative review of its sales from Filmag Italia S.p.A., (Filmag), the only party to request an administrative review. On April 7, 2016, the DOC published a notice of initiation of the review in the Federal Register.

On June 30, 2016, Filmag filed a timely withdrawal its review request, and as such, the DOC has granted the request.
