US DOC rescinds new shipper review on steel nails from China

On July 1, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced in the Federal Register the rescission of the new shipper administrative review for certain steel nails from China.

In the review covering the period January 23, 2008, through July 31, 2009 regarding Maanshan Leader Metal Products Co., Ltd., the company withdrew its request to have a new shipper administrative review. Therefore, the DOC rescinded the review.
