The US Department of Commerce announced today that it has rescinded, in part, the CVD administrative review on welded line pipe from Turkey.

The DOC initiated the review on February 13, 2017 for nearly 20 Turkish pipe producers, and in early March, US pipe producers Maverick Tube, Stupp Corporation, and American Cast Iron Pipe Company withdrew their requests for a review of all but two Turkish producers: Borusan Istikbal Ticaret and Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.

In December 2015, the final CVD margin issued for the above Turkish welded line pipe producers was 152.20 percent. The final AD margin for both producers was 22.95 percent.
