On April 29, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced in the Federal Register the rescission of the antidumping duty (AD) administrative review for certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from South Korea.
In the review covering the period February 1, 2009, through January 31, 2010 for respondents Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd. (DSM) and Hyosung Corporation (Hyosung), the companies mentioned withdrew their review requests made on March 30, 2010. Therefore, the DOC rescinded the review.
