On July 5, the
US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced in the Federal Register the rescission of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review for certain large diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure
pipe from
Japan.
In the review covering the period June 1, 2008, through May 31, 2009 for JFE Steel Corporation, Nippon Steel Corporation, NKK Tubes, and Sumitomo Metal Industries, it is certified that there were no shipments from any of these four potential respondents during this period of time. Therefore, the
US DOC rescinded the review.
