On June 4, 2007, the US Department of Commerce (US DOC) issued the preliminary results of its fifth administrative review of the antidumping order against rebar from Latvia. The review covered Latvian producer/exporter Joint Stock Company Liepajas Metalurgs for the period from September 1, 2005, through August 31, 2006. In the preliminary results, the DOC calculated a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of 5.94 percent for the subject company.

Having received no comment on the preliminary results, the DOC has decided not to make any changes in the final results. Accordingly, the final results of this review do not differ from the preliminary results.
