On Wednesday, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe (standard pipe) from Korea

The review covers two Korean producers/exporters - Hyundai HYSCO and Husteel Co., Ltd. - during the period from November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011.

The DOC calculated final dumping margins of 0.80 percent for Hyundai HYSCO and 3.99 percent for Husteel. The previous dumping duty deposit rates were 0.59 percent for Hyundai HYSCO and 2.25 percent for Husteel.

Accordingly, effective today, June 12, 2013, the dumping duty deposit rates became 0.80 percent for Hyundai HYSCO and 3.99 percent for Husteel. In addition, the DOC will send instructions to US Customs and Border Protection to liquidate entries that were made during the period of review.
