US DOC: Preliminary results of AD review on beams from S. Korea
Upon the request of petitioners the Committee for Fair Beam Imports, Nucor Corp, Nucor-Yamato Co, Steel Dynamics Inc and TXI-Chaparral Steel Co, and the respondents INI Steel and Dongkuk Steel Mill Co Ltd (DSM), the US Department of Commerce (DOC), on September 28, 2005, initiated an antidumping administrative review on structural steel beams imported from South Korea. The review covered the period August 1, 2004, through July 31, 2005. The Department preliminarily determined that during the period of review, INI Steel made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value. On the other hand, the DOC decided that DSM did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value.
