US DOC postpones preliminary AD decision on certain steel nails from China

On March 26, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced that it has decided to postpone the deadline for its preliminary determination in the first antidumping (AD) administrative review regarding certain steel nails from China.
 
The DOC said that it is not possible to complete this review by the planned deadline, May 10, 2010, extending the time limit by an additional 120 days to September 7, 2010.
 
The review covering 158 companies was initiated on September 22, 2009 for the period, January 23, 2008, to July 31, 2009.
