US DOC lowers reference prices for CTL plates from Ukraine

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has released revised reference prices for cut-to-length plates imported from Ukraine under the scope of the suspension agreement between the DOC and Ukraine. The prices, which are valid for the period November 1, 2007, through January 31, 2008, indicate a decline as compared to the previous quarter's prices.
