On April 28, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced in the Federal Register the amended final results pursuant to court decisions relating to its 2003-2004 antidumping duty (AD) administrative review for certain steel concrete reinforcing bars (rebar) from Turkey.
The DOC said that in June and November 2009 and in January 2010 the United States Court of International Trade (CIT) sustained three final remand redeterminations made by the DOC.
Accordingly, the DOC has revised the weighted-average margin for respondent Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi AS from 26.07 percent to 5.58 percent, and has revised the weighted-average margin for respondent Icdas Celik Enerji Tersane ve Ulasim Sanayi AS from 0.16 percent to 0.70 percent.
