US DOC issues final results of AD review on South Korean standard pipe

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping (AD) duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe (standard pipe) imported from South Korean steel producers Husteel Co., Ltd. (Husteel), Hyundai HYSCO (HYSCO), and SeAH Steel Corporation (SeAH) for the period between November 1, 2013 and October 31, 2014. 
 
Accordingly, the US DOC has calculated final dumping margins of 1.42 percent for Husteel, 1.62 percent for HYSCO and 4.80 percent for all other exporters in South Korea. Meanwhile, the US DOC determined that SeAH did not sell the subject product below its normal value. 
 
The products in question currently fall under the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7306.30.10.00, 7306.30.50.25, 7306.30.50.32, 7306.30.50.40, 7306.30.50.55, 7306.30.50.85 and 7306.30.50.90.
