US DOC issues final AD review results on certain welded pipe from Turkey

On October 18, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) formally announced the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping order against certain welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Turkey.

The review covers several producers/exporters during the period from May 1, 2008 through April 30, 2009.

The administrative review covers the following four producers/exporters: Borusan Group, Toscelik, Erbosan Erciyas Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret AS, and Yucel Group companies.
 
The DOC has determined in final the weighted-average dumping margins of Borusan Group at 5.57 percent, Erbosan at 5.57 percent, Toscelik at zero percent and ‘all others' at 14.74 percent. 

The DOC has also found that Yucel Group made no shipments of subject merchandise to the United States during the period of review. 

Imports of these products are currently classifiable under the following Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) subheadings: 7306.30.10.00, 7306.30.50.25, 7306.30.50.32, 7306.30.50.40, 7306.30.50.55, 7306.30.50.85, and 7306.30.50.90.
