In response to requests from interested parties, on February 1, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products imported from India for the period December 1, 2004, through November 30, 2005. The DOC preliminarily intends to rescind this review with respect to Essar Steel Lts, after concluding that the producer did not ship subject merchandise to the US during the period of review.
