US DOC initiates reviews of steel threaded rod from China

On Friday the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the initiation of administrative reviews of antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders with an April anniversary date.

The DOC has initiated an administrative review of an AD order involving a downstream steel product-steel threaded rod from China (A-5700932)-194 Chinese producers and/or exporters.

The period of review covers April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011.

Steel threaded rod from China is currently classifiable under subheadings of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS): 7318.15.5050, 7318.15.5090 and 7318.15.2095.
