On December 1, 1993, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) imposed an antidumping duty order on
stainless steel
wire rod imported from
India.
Upon the request of Indian producer Sunflag Iron & Steel Co Ltd (Sunflag), which claimed that it did not export the subject merchandise to the US during the period of the investigation -July 1, 1992, through December 31, 1992, the DOC has decided to initiate a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on
stainless steel
wire rod from Sunflag. The review covers the period December 1, 2005, through November 30, 2006.
