US DOC initiates new shipper review for certain pipes from Mexico
On May 26, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) received a request from Mexican producer Conduit S.A de C.V (Conduit) for a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe and tube imported from Mexico. The producer certified that it did not export subject merchandise to the US during the period of the investigation, which was November 1, 1991, through October 31, 1992. Accordingly, the DOC decided to initiate a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe and tube imported from Mexico. The review covers the period November 1, 2005, through April 30, 2006.
