US DOC initiates administrative reviews of AD/CVD orders with March anniversary date

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the initiation of administrative reviews of antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders with a March anniversary date.

The DOC has initiated the following administrative review of an AD order involving steel products:

(1)  Circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (standard pipe) from Thailand (A-549-502) - Saha Thai Steel Pipe (Public) Company, Ltd.; and Pacific Pipe Public Company Limited.

The period of review covers March 31, 2009 through February 28, 2011.

The DOC has also initiated the following administrative review of a CVD order involving steel products:

(1)  Welded carbon steel pipe and tube (standard pipe) from Turkey (C-489-502) - Borusan Group; Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.; Borusan Istikbal Ticaret T.A.S.; ERBOSAN Erciyas Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.; Tosyali dis Ticaret A.S.; and Toscelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi A.S.
