US DOC: Final results of AD review on SS WR from Sweden

On October 25, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping duty administrative review for stainless steel wire rod imported from Sweden. The review covered the period September 1, 2004, through August 31, 2005. 

In the preliminary results dated October 6, 2006, the DOC determined that Swedish producer Fagersta Stainless AB (FSAB) made sales of the subject merchandise at less than normal value in the US during the period of review. Accordingly, a preliminary dumping margin of 30.18 percent was set for FSAB.

Based on the comments received, the DOC has decided to make changes to the margin calculations. Therefore, the final results of this review differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margin for the reviewed firm is as follows:
