US DOC: Final rescission of AD review on certain pipes from Mexico
In response to requests from interested parties, on September 28, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review on certain large diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line and pressure pipe from Mexican producer Tubos de Acero de Mexico, SA (TAMSA) for the period August 1, 2004, through July 31, 2005. The DOC preliminarily determined to rescind this review with respect to TAMSA since the respondent had no entries of subject merchandise in the US during the period of review. Upon receiving no comments on the preliminary results, the DOC decided to rescind the review with respect to TAMSA.
