US DOC extends deadline for final AD decision on certain Mexican non-alloy pipe

The US Department of Commerce (US DOC) has announced an extension of the deadline for the final results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review concerning certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico.
 
Accordingly, the US DOC has extended the deadline for the completion of the final results of this administrative review until no later than June 13, 2011, which is 180 days after the date on which the preliminary results of review were published, instead of the initial 120-day time period.

As SteelOrbis previously reported, on December 15, 2010 the US DOC announced the preliminary results of the administrative review of certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico for the November 1, 2008, through October 31, 2009, period of review.
