On April 6, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced its decision to postpone the deadline for its preliminary determination in antidumping (AD) duty review stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Taiwan.
The DOC said that it is not possible to complete this review by the planned deadline on April 9, 2010, extending the time to August 7, 2010.
The review covers the period from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009.
