On April 9, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced its decision to postpone the deadline for its final determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation regarding certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India.
The DOC said that the planned review deadline on May 18, 2010 has been extended to July 19, 2010.
The period of investigation is January 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008 and the preliminary results were issued on January 11, 2010.
