The
US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Tuesday the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping (AD) order on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from
China.
The review covered
Baosteel Group Corporation, Baoshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd., and Shanghai
Baosteel International Economic &
Trading Co. Ltd. (collectively "
Baosteel") during the period from November 1, 2011 through October 31, 2012.
The DOC determined that
Baosteel had no reviewable transactions during the period of review.
Baosteel currently has a dumping duty deposit rate of 12.39 percent, and that rate will remain in effect.
