The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Tuesday the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping (AD) order on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China.

The review covered Baosteel Group Corporation, Baoshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd., and Shanghai Baosteel International Economic & Trading Co. Ltd. (collectively "Baosteel") during the period from November 1, 2011 through October 31, 2012.

The DOC determined that Baosteel had no reviewable transactions during the period of review.  Baosteel currently has a dumping duty deposit rate of 12.39 percent, and that rate will remain in effect.
