The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced it is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Thailand.  The period of review is January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015.

The review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, The Siam Industrial Wire Co., Ltd. (SIW).  The DOC has preliminarily determined that SIW did not make sales of subject merchandise at prices below normal value, and as such, has assigned a weighted average dumping margin of 0.00 percent.

The DOC intends to issue the final results of this administrative review within 120 days, unless the deadline is extended.

The product is currently classified under subheadings 7312.10.3010 and 7312.10.3012 of the Harmonized Tariff System of the United States (HTSUS).
