On June 17, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced that in its antidumping duty (AD) administrative review for certain ball bearings and parts from France, after acquisition of SNR Roulements S.A. by NTN Corporation, post-acquisition SNR Roulements S.A. is the successor-in-interest to pre-acquisition SNR Roulements S.A.

The administrative review covers certain ball bearings and parts from France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the UK.

As SteelOrbis previously reported, as a result of its administrative review covering May 1, 2008, through April 30, 2009, the DOC had preliminarily determined that sales were made below normal value by certain companies subject to these reviews, announcing AD margins for the respondents.
