The
US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Tuesday the initiation of administrative reviews of antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders with a February anniversary date.
The DOC initiated the following administrative reviews of AD orders involving steel products:
(1) Stainless Steel Bar from
Brazil (A-351-825): Villares Metals S.A.
(2) Stainless Steel Bar from
India (A-533-810): Ambica Steels Limited; and Bhansali Bright Bars Pvt. Ltd.
(3) Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon-Quality Steel Plate from
Korea (A-580-836): Bookuk Steel Co., Ltd.; Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd.; Hyosung International; Samsung C&T Corporation; SM Solution Co. Ltd.; and TCC Steel Corporation.
The period of review is February 1, 2013 through January 31, 2014.
Additionally, the DOC initiated the following administrative review of CVD orders involving steel products:
(1) Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon-Quality Steel Plate from
Korea (C-580-837): Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd.
The period of review is calendar year 2014.
