US CIT sustains DOC decision on HR carbon steel flat products from India

On September 28, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced that, on September 13 the United States Court of International Trade (CIT) sustained the DOC's results of re-determination pursuant to the CIT's remand in countervailing duty (CVD) investigation on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products from India.

The DOC said that it is, thus, notifying the public that the final judgment in this case is not in harmony with the DOC final results of the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products from India covering the period of review of January 1, 2006, through December 31, 2006.
