Unemployment in Turkey down to 10.1% in March from February

According to the statistics released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), the unemployment rate in Turkey decreased by 0.5 percentage points year on year to 10.1 percent in March this year, falling 0.8 percentage points from 10.9 percent recorded in February.
 
Meanwhile, in March the employment rate in Turkey increased to 46.1 percent, with a 1.1 percentage point increase compared to the same month of the previous year.
