Ukrainian metallurgical firms see loss of UAH 14.3 billion in January-July

The Ukrainian association of metal producers Metallurgprom has announced that in the first seven months of the current year, Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises' pre-tax losses increased by 15.3 percent year on year, rising to UAH 14.3 billion ($665.6 million), despite the rise in the metallurgical enterprises' overall net income by 15.1 percent year on year to UAH 117.4 billion ($5.47 billion).
