Ukrainian semi-finished steel exports and imports decline in Jan-Oct

In the January-October period of the current year Ukrainian exports of semi-finished steel products decreased by 3.3 percent year on year to 8.458 million mt, according to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers.
 
Meanwhile, exports of semi-finished steel products from Ukraine decreased by 8.4 percent in October compared to September, falling to 763,560 mt.
 
On the other hand, in the first 10 months of the year Ukrainian imports of semi-finished steel products decreased by 21 percent year on year to 330,890 mt.
 
 In October alone, imports of semi-finished steel products to Ukraine decreased by 54.2 percent compared to September, falling to 17,550 mt.
