Ukrainian pig iron exports down 41.3% in Mar from Feb

According to the data released by metal trading enterprise Ukrainian Mining and Metallurgical Company (UGMK), in March this year Ukrainian exports of pig iron decreased by 41.3 percent month on month to 129,900 mt. In the January-March period this year, exports of pig iron from Ukraine increased by 39.3 percent compared to the same period of last year, rising to 490,440 mt.

On the other hand, in the first three months of the year Ukrainian imports of pig iron decreased by 52.5 percent year on year to 3,800 mt.
