Ukrainian iron ore exports up 8.1% in 2013

Last year, Ukraine's exports of iron ore increased by 8.1 percent compared to 2012 to 37.978 million mt to a total value of $3.739 billion, up 14.8 percent year on year, according to the Ukrainian association of metal producers Metallurgprom.

In 2013, Ukrainian imports of iron ore increased by 7.7 percent year on year to 3.110 million mt, to a total value of $255.002 million, up 1.2 percent year on year.
