Ukrainian ferroalloy output rises by 24.7 percent in 2014

In 2014, Ukraine's ferroalloy production increased by 24.7 percent compared to 2013 to 1.088 million mt, as stated by the Association of Ukrainian Ferroalloy Producers (UkrFA).

Accordingly, in the given year Ukraine's silicomanganese output increased by 32.7 percent to 840,900 mt, its ferromanganese production moved up by 23.2 percent to 103,000 mt, while its ferrosilicon output declined by 3.7 percent to 142,300 mt, all compared to 2013.
