Ukrainian ferroalloy output increases by 35.1 percent in Jan-Sept

In the first nine months of this year, Ukraine's ferroalloy production increased by 35.1 percent compared to the same period last year to 780,100 mt, as stated by the Association of Ukrainian Ferroalloy Producers (UkrFA).

Accordingly, in the given period Ukraine's silicomanganese output increased by 30.2 percent to 593,600 mt, its ferromanganese production moved up by 24.3 percent to 74,900 mt, while its ferrosilicon output increased by 10.5 percent to 111,700 mt, all compared to January-September 2013.
