Ukrainian ferroalloy output increases by 29.4 percent in January-July

In the first seven months of this year, Ukraine's ferroalloy production increased by 29.4 percent compared to the same period last year to 618,600 mt, as stated by the Association of Ukrainian Ferroalloy Producers (UkrFA).

Accordingly, in the given period Ukraine's silicomanganese output increased by 29.2 percent to 457,200 mt, its ferromanganese production went up by 21.8 percent to 61,000 mt, while its ferrosilicon output increased by 44.5 percent to 100,400 mt, all compared to January-July 2013.
