Ukrainian exports in June

According to the data released by the State Committee of Statistics of Ukraine, the country's exports of long products decreased 8.4 percent month on month to 620,140 metric tons in June of 2006. The exports of semi-finished products decreased 15.5 percent to 933,790 metric tons and that of flat rolled products decreased 1.1 percent to 775,370 metric tons during the same period. On the other hand, year on year indexes indicate that Ukrainian exports of long products rose 91 percent, that of semi-finished products rose 29.9 percent while that of flat rolled products dropped 7.2 percent in June of 2006.
