Ukrainian crude steel output down 8.8 percent in January-April

In the first four months of the current year, Ukraine registered an 8.5 percent decrease in its finished steel product output to 8.983 million mt, an 8.8 percent decrease in its crude steel output to 10.087 million mt, and a 2.7 percent decline in its pig iron production to 9.412 million mt, all year on year, according to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers.
