Ukraine’s scrap exports drop by 56 percent in January from December

In January this year, Ukraine's ferrous scrap exports saw a 56 percent decrease month on month and an 11.5 percent drop year on year to 26,450 mt, all of which were delivered to Turkey.

The value of Ukraine's scrap export sales in January 2011 was down by 55.6 percent compared to December 2010, decreasing to $9.17 million.
