Ukraine’s pig iron exports decrease by 51 percent in July from June levels

In July this year, Ukraine's pig iron exports decreased by 51 percent compared to June and by 26.3 percent compared to July 2009, to 94,950 mt. The value of Ukraine's pig iron export sales in July was down by 58.3 percent compared to June, decreasing to $41.27 million.
In January-July this year, Ukraine's pig iron exports increased by 11.2 percent year on year to 866,300 mt, valued at $345.19 million.
