Ukraine’s long steel imports up 14.8 percent in January-November

In the January-November period of the current year, Ukraine registered a 14.8 percent increase year on year in its long steel product imports to 397,000 mt. In November alone, Ukraine's long steel product imports decreased by 22 percent month on month to 40,700 mt.

In the January-November period, Ukrainian exports of long steel products decreased by 0.2 percent compared to the corresponding period of 2010, declining to 5.279 million mt. In November alone, Ukraine's long steel product exports increased by 6.8 percent month on month to 502,000 mt.
