Ukraine’s long steel exports see slight growth in Nov from Oct levels

In November this year, Ukraine's long steel product exports increased by 1.1 percent compared to October and by 7.3 percent compared to November 2009, to 503,720 mt, valued at $315.42 million, down 0.8 percent month on month.

Ukraine's main long steel export destinations in November were Russia (93,030 mt), Iraq (70,500 mt), Lebanon (42,170 mt), Jordan (24,400 mt) and Iran (24,160 mt).

In January-November this year, Ukraine's long steel exports increased by 18.3 percent year on year to about 5.29 million mt, valued at $2.99 billion.
