Ukraine’s iron ore production increases in January-June

In the first six months of the current year, Ukraine registered a 3.9 percent increase in its iron ore concentrate output to 34.519 million mt, a 3.4 percent increase in its sintering ore output to 7.103 million mt and a 4.1 percent rise in its iron ore pellet production to 11.839 million mt, all year-on-year, according to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers.

The country's production of metallurgical coke in the given period  went down by 9.8 percent year on year to 8.841 million mt.
