Ukraine’s crude steel output expected to total 1.8 million mt in Feb

In February this year, crude steel production in Ukraine is expected to total 1.8 million mt, pig iron production in the country is also expected to amount to 1.8 million mt, while finished steel production is foreseen at the level of 1.5 million mt, according to the Ukrainian association of metal producers Metallurgprom.
 
In January, Ukrainian companies plan to produce two million mt of pig iron, two million mt of crude steel and 1.8 million mt of finished steel products.
