Ukraine to produce 1.9 million mt of crude steel in January

In January this year, crude steel production in Ukraine will total 1.9 million mt, according to the Ukrainian association of metal producers Metallurgprom.

According to Metallurgprom's forecast, domestic pig iron output in Ukraine will total 1.8 million mt in January, while Ukrainian production of rolled steel is expected to amount to 1.8 million mt.
For December 2014 Metallurgprom had predicted the same figures.
