In September this year, the capacity utilization rate in the Turkish basic metal
manufacturing industry was 76.6 percent, up from 76.0 percent recorded in August, while the capacity utilization rate in the Turkish basic metal
manufacturing industry was 78.0 percent in September last year, according to the provisional data released by the Central Bank of
Turkey.
Meanwhile, in September of the current year the capacity utilization rate in the manufacture of metal products, except machinery and equipment, was 72.0 percent, down from the 72.1 percent recorded in August and up from 71.9 percent in September 2013.
The capacity utilization rate in
Turkey's general
manufacturing industry, on the other hand, was at 74.4 percent in September this year, down from the 74.7 percent recorded in August and down from 75.4 percent in September 2013.
